Returns
We accept returns only if:
The items arrive damaged or defective
The incorrect item was sent
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging
Reported within 7 days of delivery

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after a payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fade or Flourish is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Fade or Flourish is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please don't hesitate to contact your local carrier directly.
